    Brad L. Mortensen was named the 13th president of Weber State University in December 2018. Mortensen joined Weber State in 2004 as Associate Vice President for Support and Government Relations. Beginning in 2007, Mortensen served as Vice President of University Advancement for 11 years. As vice president, he developed partnerships and philanthropic resources to promote educational access, student success, inclusiveness, and faculty/staff vitality.

    He led communication for strategic efforts to strengthen alumni and community connections, and in 2018 he began guiding Weber State's efforts to support regional economic development. Active with several Northern Utah organizations, he has chaired the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Northern Utah. Utah Business recognized him as 2018 CXO of the Year.

    His professional endeavors include the Utah System of Higher Education, Utah Governor's Office, Arizona legislature, and two policy fellowships. Mortensen earned a bachelor's degree from Utah State University, a master's degree from Syracuse University, and a doctoral degree from the University of Utah.   

    Orginally from Lyman, Idaho, Mortensen and his wife Camille are the parents of four children, including one who graduated from Weber State, and another who plans to attend in fall 2019.

    Guy Letendre assumed the WSU Economic Director position September 10, 2019. He has extensive backgroun in operations and supply chain management for biotech and transportation companies including, Autoliv, Alexza Pharmaceuticals and infina Corporation. Early in his engineering career, he helped develop airbag inflation devices for Autoliv. After earning an MBA, Lentendre switched his career focus to business administration and consulting, supporting business development, operations and supply chain development for transit, bio teach and consumer product companies. At Weber State, Letendre wants to strengthen regional public/private partnerships, accelerate business development, drive research ideas to market and ensure that graduates have skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the workforce.

    Born and raised in Sandy, Utah -  Lindsey K. Rietzsch (pronounced “reach”) is a bestselling author, blogger, motivational speaker, singer/songwriter, entrepreneur and inventor of the As Seen on TV product – Hydroheel . She owns the Seraph Skin brand & product line and operates her business under the umbrella of Visintra Group LLC.

    Also known as "The Happy Lady", Lindsey enjoys sharing messages of prosperity and happiness through positive thinking. She has been featured on Good Things Utah, Studio 5, Fox and Friends and media outlets across the country, sharing her messages on finding joy, as well as self and relationship improvement.

    Lindsey enjoys being a full-time mom of four beautiful children and has celebrated 16 years of marriage with her sweetheart Manuel. She films their family adventures and shares them on her vlog "Around the House" which is featured on her YouTube channel HappyMarriages.
